AI governance advice · Not Just 4 AI

Fix how you work first. Then prove your AI is under control.

Many companies are told to start with AI. We start with how your work really runs: who decides, who checks, and who is responsible. We fix what is not working. Then we look at where AI can help, and we give you proof that it is under control. That is what we mean by AI governance. You can show the proof to your board, your regulator and your partners.

We advise. We do not sell software.

Not the technology. People, process, proof.
The problem we solve

Why AI projects fail.

The problem is almost never the technology. It is how the work around it is organised.

01

AI on top of a broken process

If a process does not work, AI only makes it fail faster, and more often.

02

No one knows who said yes

The AI makes decisions, but no one can show who allowed it, or what its limits are.

03

Rules on paper, no proof

The rules are written down. But there is no proof that people follow them.

04

The same work, done four times

Quality, environment, safety and now AI are each managed separately, so the same work is repeated four times.

When a regulator asks, opinions are not enough. Proof is.

The cost of waiting. Small gaps grow.
The cost of waiting

What waiting costs you.

Problems you do not fix do not stay inside the company. They show up at the worst moment.

  • AI tests that never become real projects
  • Approvals delayed because no one is clearly responsible
  • Auditors and partners asking for the same documents again and again
  • Contracts held up because you cannot answer questions about how your AI is controlled
  • No answer for your board when someone questions an AI decision
Start where you are. Three common situations.
Start where you are

Which situation are you in?

Choose the one that sounds most like you. Each one leads to a clear piece of work with a fixed price.

Before you invest

We are about to invest in AI or automation.

Before you sign with a supplier, we check if the problem is really about technology, what must change first, and what could go wrong.

Before someone checks

Someone is going to check us.

A client, an investor, a regulator or an auditor will ask how you control the AI you use. We help you answer with proof, not slides.

Building on ISO

We already run ISO systems and want to add AI properly.

You already have ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001. We show what you need to add for ISO/IEC 42001, the standard for managing AI, without starting again.

After any assessment

We want to keep it on track.

You have had an assessment. Now you want regular support to make sure the fixes really happen, not just a report.

What it looks like. Typical situations.
What this looks like in practice

Typical situations we help with

  • The tool was not the problem. A company was ready to buy an AI system to make approvals faster. The real delay was three approval steps that no one was responsible for. We fixed that first, and the company needed to spend much less on AI.
  • The question nobody could answer. A partner asked who is responsible when the company's AI makes a wrong decision. Nobody had a name. Two weeks later there was a named owner, a short policy and the records to prove it.
  • No need to start again. A company with ISO certificates thought controlling AI meant building a new system. Most of what it needed was already there. The work was to connect it, not to rebuild it.

These examples are based on common situations. Client work stays private.

Clear plan. Fixed price.
How we work

How we work.

Four services, each with a clear plan and a fixed price. Each one starts with how you work, and ends with proof you can show.

Best when you want a starting point

AI Governance Health Check

A short review of where you are today: what you can already prove, what you cannot prove yet, and what to fix first.

Best when someone will check you, or your AI will soon act on its own

AGENTIS-UAE AI Readiness Check

Our main service. A check for companies using AI that can act on its own (also called agentic AI). Built on our own method, it shows if the power you give an AI system is clear, limited, and has a person responsible for it.

Best when you already run ISO systems

AI Management System Gap Assessment

Connects ISO/IEC 42001, the standard for managing AI, to the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems you already have. Control of AI becomes part of your normal work, not a separate folder.

Best when you want regular support, not a one-time report

Ongoing Governance Support

Monthly support after any assessment. We keep your proof up to date as your systems and your AI change.

Every project has a clear plan and a fixed price, agreed before work starts. See how pricing works →

Where you stand. Before you use more AI.
Your score

Know where you stand before you use more AI.

Our score shows how strong your proof is, and how well it matches the rules that apply to you. It is not a grade for effort. It shows what you can prove today.

A repair you can see. Find, score, fix.
The Kintsugi Philosophy

We do not hide weak points. We fix them, and you can see the repair.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. The repair is not hidden. It becomes the strongest part.

We work the same way. Strong companies do not hide their weak points. They find them early, measure them honestly, and fix them step by step, with proof you can see at every step.

"Being strong does not mean having no cracks. It means repairing them so they hold."

Summary for the board

Who is behind it. Every decision has an owner.
Who is behind it

Lessons from very large projects, applied to AI.

Not Just 4 AI was founded by Brahim Aabbou. Before that, he spent more than 20 years making sure work was done to the right quality, safely and without harm to people or the environment (QA/QC and HSSE). Most of that time he was a manager at Jan De Nul Group, on large construction, offshore wind and marine projects for clients such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, BP and Ørsted. Those were Jan De Nul projects, not Not Just 4 AI projects. We bring the same way of working to AI.

"On projects that big, nothing works unless every decision has an owner, and the owner can prove it."
