We collect information only when you contact us, request a consultation, submit an RFP, or interact with the website. In practice that means:
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not buy or sell personal information.
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver a consultation, and keep our business records. We use server logs to operate and secure the site. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), we rely on your consent when you contact us, and on our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the website.
We use Plausible — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that records only aggregate, non-identifying statistics (such as page views, referring sites, and whether a button or download was clicked). It sets no cookies, builds no visitor profiles, and does not track you across other websites. We also keep standard server logs to run and secure the site, and we use no advertising trackers.
We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example email and website hosting — under contract, and only as needed to provide the service.
This website is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates. Customer-specific data arrangements are defined separately within client engagements.
Under the UAE PDPL you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@notjust4.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies are limited to what the site needs to function.
If an engagement involves a DIFC-licensed entity or EU/UK residents, additional obligations under the DIFC Data Protection Law or the GDPR may apply. Those are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement — this notice covers only information collected through this website.
